Down the trail
I walk silently
Music playing in my ears
Listening to the melody
Yet no headphones are in my ears
No man-made music player in my pocket
Take a moment

Woodpecker on percussion
Chickadees jamming on keyboard
The great raven on bass
Robin plays a solo
His awesome rifts echo throughout the land
Eagle lands on the branch above me
Robin waits silently as eagle takes the mike
Squirrels are his backup
River flowing in background
Holds a steady beats
The trees are the amps
And I am the audience
